Quality:feels premium in hands, Malaysia set
Performance:smooth fast, some new features added with firmware update

Global oneplus 12 with esim support.
The initial setup was a bit rough and time consuming, as I experienced was heating issue due to I presume due to transfer of old settings from my 8t. To fix this,i just transfer over old files when cloning and skip the setting and auto optimise all apps.
I'm using dual sim cards, so the battery life is shorter and I can expect around 6-6.5 hours of use with 24 hours standby (mix 70 cell tower network+30% wifi) 15% battery left without gaming . The 10 hours that some people claim are for continuous use with very little network standby time. Curved screen is ok.. no accidental touch, only that the curve edge is reflective and slightly distracting.
Some software with oneplus especially with inconsistent huge font size that I need to dive deep into settings to change.
The official case is difficult to find, especially the aramid karbon case.
Charging 30 minutes 0- full. Seller does include the 100w charger as part of the deal
Camera produces true to life colour in daytime. But night shot colour can be a bit inconsistent, yellow or orange can look too cold or too warm.
This phone is larger and heavier than 8t.
Oneplus has changed the placement of the volume buttons from left side to right side and I think this is less ideal, as I frequently accidentally press the volume button instead of the power button.
Screen brightness at default is dimmer than my 8t but the peak brightness is much better under direct sunlight.

Op knocked it out of the park with such a solid phone with amazing performance, splid battery life and tons of customization. You can literally make this phone yours with customization. Using it from say one I could feel the smoothness of the UI and the features. Whike AI fearures are miasing its nothing to deter you away from a wonderul experience. Gaming in this phoen works like a charm. Easily one of the best gaming phones with vapor cooling and sustained frame rate performance. Only downsides would be lack of health features which is essential if you keep track of your well being but that can easily be solved by buying oneplus watch 2 and that should sync the health metrics with native oneplus health app or google fit app. Standby battery time is also excellent. Plus the setup with google fi wad easy and excellent although since this phone is not officially supported by google fi some features like automatic network switching, 5G speed might be missing but nothing that takes away from your general day to day usage. Forgot to mentjin camera performance is also solid with Hasselbad color tuning and with the new software update it shoukd let you toggle between master mode which is essentially pro mode giving you tons of flexibility. The usability is also top notch with such a large phone feeling like a small phone in hand again makes it very easy and pleasant to use. All in all get this phone and you will keep loving it!!
[Rewarded Review] Many positives, few negatives

I have been using this phone full time for approximately a month now after transferring from a Samsung S22+. The phone excels in many places but has a few detractors that are minor annoyances.

Display is very good, and has options for changing resolution as well as refresh rate. Easily gets bright enough for outside use but wish it would dim lower. When looking straight on, a slight ghosting effect takes place due to the decision to curve the edge of the glass. (Photo attached)

Camera is good a majority of the time, and the app has many features available. I've had issues with color accuracy in dim lighting, as well as poor shutter speed resulting in blurry photos that need to be retaken. In my experience shooting at 4k 60 FPS videos look excellent, and the microphones capture audio well.

Battery life I am slightly let down by their claims. With resolution and refresh rate set to automatically adjust, I find myself charging the phone at the end of the day; typically with 20-30% remaining. Big plus is the charging, as the you can fully charge the phone from dead in under 30 minutes.

Performance of the phone is great, I've experienced no slow downs and wouldn't expect to with 16 GB of RAM. There are a few small features Samsung incorporates into their operating system that I miss, and system/security updates are not as frequent.

Speakers I have no input on as I typically listen on headphones. The customization and overall feel of the vibration motor is impressive. Build quality is nice, having a physical silent/vibrate/ring slider is a nice convenience to have, as well is the built in I.R. blaster. Design is subjective, I personally feel the camera array did not need to take up 25% of the back of the phone.

Overall a great buy for the asking price of $899 as it easily hangs with or exceeds the more expensive flagship phones. I was able to purchase mine as an open box in excellent condition to make it an even better deal as well.

Really well-packed, in terms of security! It's in a thick recyclable carton box with 'sealed' stickers on each side so you'll know if the parcel has been tampered with during shipment and delivery. Even the phone's box itself has those stickers.

Another great thing about this shop is that they send you photos of your order before shipment. I was surprised to see that they included the free earbuds when I didn't add it as a free add-on - much appreciated still. Kudos to this store and the seller, thank you!

A few comments on the phone itself:

Bought this since my OnePlus 9 Pro has a green line on its screen now. Anyhow, this unit, OnePlus 12, really shines in a lot of aspects! I usually use my phone for casual gaming - mostly Dislyte, Genshin, and Wuthering Waves - and they all run great on OP12. Less device heating when using mobile data and playing games as well than it used to be on OP9Pro; and just less heating in general when playing Genshin, both in Wifi and mobile data.

Mobile banking and digital wallet apps work well. No issues on receiving signals using Nano-Sim Card; do take note though that OP12 supports one Nano-SC and one e-Sim.

Didn't stumble upon any issues when I was transferring my files upon set-up; no issues using OnePlus' Clone Phone app too. Unfortunately upon writing this, you can't transfer your notes from OP's own Notes app to another phone so keep that in mind if you happen to use their Notes app previously.

Cable for OP12 is Type-C for the phone outlet and USB-type for the charger's end.
